Thursday, October 9: Students to arrive at Memphis (MEM). Board bus for drive to Oxford. Have dinner in Oxford and visit with current Ole Miss students followed by a tour of Greek housing. Overnight in Oxford.

Friday, October 10: Admission presentation followed by campus tour of Ole Miss. Depart Oxford at noon and drive to Tuscaloosa. Attend University of Alabama admission presentation and campus tour, visit Alabama football locker room and Bryant Denny stadium. Tour Greek housing and eat dinner with current Alabama students at Buffalo Phil’s. Depart Tuscaloosa after dinner.

Saturday, October 11: Students will spend the day at Auburn University where Auburn will play Georgia in football. They will have a campus tour, their own tailgate tent, early entrance to the stadium for a photo on the 50 yard line, and a ticket to the football game.

Sunday, October 12: Students will visit the University of Georgia which will include a campus tour and a visit to Greek housing. They will fly out of Atlanta on Sunday night.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due to reserve a space on the trip. Full payment is due May 14, 2025.

Cancellation Policy

If a student must cancel more than 30 days prior to the trip, the $200 deposit is forfeited but a credit in the amount of the balance will be issued and can be used by the student or a sibling of the student on any future trip. If a student cancels less than 30 days prior to the trip, the $200 deposit is forfeited and a credit of 50% of the balance will be issued and can be used by the student or a sibling of the student on any future trip.
