Fee includes bus, hotel rooms, meals, and all arrangements made for visits to college campuses.

Thursday, January 23:

Flights to arrive in ATL no later than 4:00pm (eastern). Take bus to Auburn and have dinner with current students. Dorm tour after dinner. Overnight in Auburn.

Friday, January 24:

Breakfast in dining hall and campus tour. Option to meet with faculty/staff member in area of academic interest. Depart Auburn at lunch and eat on bus. Arrive Athens late afternoon. Meet with UGA professor and eat dinner downtown Athens. Overnight in Athens.

Saturday, January 25:

Breakfast and tour UGA campus. Depart Athens and have lunch in Clemson. Afternoon tour of Clemson campus. Overnight in Atlanta.

Sunday, January 26:

All flights booked out of ATL to depart no later than 12:00p. 

Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due to reserve a space on the trip. Full payment is due on October 15, 2024.

Cancellation Policy
If a student must cancel more than 30 days prior to the trip, the $200 deposit is forfeited but a credit in the amount of the balance will be issued and can be used by the student or a sibling of the student on any future trip. If a student cancels less than 30 days prior to the trip, the $200 deposit if forfeited and a credit of 50% of the balance will be issued and can be used by the student or a sibling of the student on any future trip.
