November 10-11, 2024

Fee includes bus, hotel, meals, and all arrangements made for visits to TCU and SMU campuses.

Sunday, November 10: Arrive DFW airport by 2:00 p.m. Bus to deliver group to Fort Worth for an afternoon tour of TCU campus and visit with TCU students. Make an early evening visit to The Stockyards and then have dinner with current TCU students. Overnight in Fort Worth.

Monday, November 11: Breakfast at hotel and arrive on TCU campus at 9:00 am. Meet with admission representative and faculty/staff member in area of academic interest. Eat lunch on bus. Arrive in Dallas and attend 1:00 pm meeting with academic department of interest at SMU followed by admission presentation and campus tour. Quick trip to Highland Park Village for dessert and shopping before returning to DAL (LOVE) airport. Return flights to depart Dallas at 8:30 pm.

Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a space on the trip. Full payment is due August 29, 2024.

Cancellation Policy
If a student must cancel more than 30 days prior to the trip, the $200 deposit is forfeited but a credit in the amount of the balance will be issued and can be used by the student or sibling of the student on any future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip will receive a credit of 50% of the balance and can be used by the student or a sibling of the student on any future trip.
